  • DO NOT GET A FILL HERE. I am a platinum member at the cosmopolitan Las Vegas and have had usual good experiences with their spa services but as I was crunched for time on a fill and made an appointment for this service at the Cosmo, I was extremely disappointed. Not only was the service provider super rude, it was $168 for an acrylic FILL that now has 2 broken nails less than 1 week later, and a total of 3 broken nails 9 days later, including a brand new replaced nail that should never break for several fills to come. The corners and sides of most of the remaining nails are chipped as if she didn't use enough acrylic on the fill. A standard fill usually lasts me about 3 weeks with no breaks or chips and costs about $50. Total. The service provider had a terrible attitude the entire service and literally made me feel uncomfortable throughout my time there. It was as if I was inconveniencing her day with my nails. For $168 there was NO hand massage, no paraffin dip, or even lotion included. The polish selection is marginal and if you would like gel polish that will add an additional charge of $50+. Broken nail replacement is $15 each by a tech that doesn't know how to replace a nail correctly. If you change your mind on color just one nail in, the nail tech will roll her eyes at you. Ive attended this spa for several other services but will never return to this department. The reviews are fantastic and I've never been so disappointed. My experience here was so terrible it ruined the first half of my entire day and I have to get my nails done again just a week later. Biggest waste of my time, money and energy I've ever experienced.
