  • I got here after I had already booked the nearby Sandman and was horrified at the condition that was in, and canceled my reservation (hotels.com paid for the penalty the Sandman gave me). So I paid about $50 more to stay at the Hotel Arts and am very happy that I did. Breakfast was very good, though not very clear what's included and what's extra. I never left without having to pay. For this I will have to take a star off as breakfast is a very important part of the experience at a hotel. It is a new hotel and my room was quite nice and had a hip vibe to it. The people working there are very courteous and nice, and the dry cleaning was done well. Parking was very easy and is in the same building. I would definitely stay here again. And that's not because I got to crash a wedding that was in the hotel while I was there :-)!
