  • I had mistakenly been taking my dogs to another local veterinarian for years due to loyalty to the same vet my parents had used. What a mistake. This past week my dog finally succumbed to his cancer. After calling my normal vet, I was told sorry we are all booked go to the hospital. In a last ditch effort I tried Chartiers Animal Hospital (CAH). They not only took us right away but they talked us through some options until we finally decided to give him a couple more days with family (He was not in pain). Two days later it was finally time. We took him back to CAH and they treated both my family and my dog as if we had been going there for years. I will forever remember how they treated us! I also will be immediately switching our other dog and any other pets that come along in the future. These were such nice caring people. One of the good things to come out of what we have gone through.
