| - My hubby wanted to try this place out because of Triple D on the Food Network and I've eaten at both locations before, so I was pretty excited to dine here again. The menu consists of a wide variety of choices from vegan dishes (salads, hot dogs, chili, burgers, etc) to seafood (crab puppies, corn dog shrimp, etc), variety of tacos (chicken, fish, shrimp, korean bbq), and other dishes (chicken philly, chicken sandwiches, corn dogs, hot dogs, salads, etc) and of course the burgers! Oh yeah and the fried pickles among other appetizers (wings, hummus, shrimp, etc).
So... I give it 3 stars due to the service as we waited quite awhile after our drinks were delivered and couldn't locate our waitress to place an order for an appetizer. She finally came back and asked were we ready to order and I stated we would like to order an appetizer first, please. Luckily our appetizer (fried pickles) came out pretty quickly and it was quite tasty, so it sufficed. Another waitress came to take our order for our entrees and she seemed much more pleasant and a little more enthused than our previous waitress. My husband ordered the Mammoth burger and I ordered the White Trash burger with waffle fries. Again, our food was cooked and delivered to our table much sooner than expected, so things started to look better from there. After awhile, finally someone came to check on us and refilled our drinks and it became consistent after that. My only wish is that the service we received near the end of our visit was the same at the beginning of our visit. It takes alot for my husband to be turned off from a place, but he stated the service did it for him. I guess we'll dine at the Morehead location from now on.
