  • After being surprised with a puppy in Novemeber my boyfriend and I have been getting Blu's shots and food at this location. 2 weeks before Blu turned 10 weeks old (min age for their puppy training) I signed her up and paid. The day of her training classes, TWO HOURS prior to her class I receive a call from the trainer canceling my class for the day. TWO HOURS. I got told I'd be enrolled in the next class for the next week.. I called in two days before the next class to make sure I don't cancel appointments that day and get another cancellation and the "manager" "Jess"/Jessica tells me the upcoming class may not have enough people in it so they may cancel it too. I'll be going in for a refund and waiting til my pup is 16 weeks to start training at SOUTHERN NEVADA DOG TRAINING for less the money and better training techniques and amazing reviews!
