  • OK so this afternoon I came into the shop with an appt for a regular mani/pedi combo. The place was busy yet I wad greeted and sat promptly at a station for a pedi. (Didn't wait at all actually) Unfortunately I didn't catch the techs name but she was very nice and started on my pedi. I told her about my ingrown toe nails on both my big toes and she did a great job. She asked me if she was hurting me and I told her no....however a few hours later this evening I did have soreness on my toe on the left foot....she did cut me I suppose but at the time I didn't feel anything. Happens I guess. Next we go to the manicure station and she again does a great job. I got distracted watching the TV above and I think I want moving my fingers in a way she didn't like so she did raise her voice at me....weird but not sure what was going on. OK so here's the kicker: after I finished my mani I sat at the drying station for about 25 min. I'm checking my nails and they are dry...or so I think!! As I'm putting my sandals on I of course mess up my right thumb. I let the tech know as she's doing a pedi on someone else she looks annoyed that I'm bothering her but comes to fix my nail. As she's fixing it I can tell she's frustrated with me and tells me to please not mess it up again. The reason I'm still giving 5 stars is because she really did do a good job. I love my nails. Let's see how they hold up though. Updated review to come in a few days and pics too. Total price without tip $45
