  • Racing & slots? JACKPOT! Thistledown is, by far, one of my favorite casinos. And no, it's not because I just won over $500 yesterday, honest! I've won close to that numerous times in the past. I've been going to Thistledown for years now. It's a really fun environment with great music (sometimes live music!), a dance floor, multiple bars, good food, live horse racing, lots of tvs, and nice staff (I haven't ran into anyone unpleasant yet). The American Burger Bar has REALLY good bacon cheeseburgers & chili dogs. I'm not a fan of steak fries or onions straws. If they had regular fries, it would be perfect! The Slush Bar has more than 20 flavors of frozen drinks, great anytime, excellent in the summer! Plus the Mexican food isn't bad either. Best of all, the machines aren't super tight. I don't always win big but I never leave suicidal either. If you're looking for great music, fun slots, yummy food, and good alcohol, this is your place!
