  • The CRAPPPPPIEST car rental place EVEEEEER! Do not come here! And did I mention the MOST GHETTTTTOOOO place. You walk in and you feel you are in Compton, CA. From the way the representatives speak to you, to the complete lack of customer service, to the disrespectful comments even the owner makes! We reserved through carrentals.com and came in. They said they wouldn't honor the price and that we had to pay double the quote. Then when we wanted to cancel, they refused to cancel the reservation. We told them we wouldn't leave unless they cancelled and gave us proof of cancellation. The owner had the audacity to tell us we had to leave or he would call the police. He came from behind the counter and got in our faces. I was SO shocked by this company's behavior. DO NOT COME HERE. EVERYTHING IS A SCAM. Pay a little more and go to a TRUSTED company like Budget/AVIS/Enterprise.
