I found this review to be difficult to write. It wasn't because the service granted three stars it was more of the quality of the experience. Many people were in the salon with small children so there were children yelling and crying and rolling on the floor. When it comes to the service I got exactly what I had asked for and the prices were fairly well thought out. The workers love to show you a price listing of how you can upgrade your pedicure and manicure with ad on pricing for things that you really don't need so I didn't really appreciate the suggestive selling and marketing ploy to try and inflate the price of my already $45 pedicure. Another downside is nobody spoke English or if they did they didn't want to engage in any type of conversation with the customer.
The entire 1 hour long encounter felt cold, rushed, and had zero customer service interactions.
For a busy salon, you felt very alone & treated more like an assembly line item.
