  • LONG REVIEW BUT TOTALLY WORTH THE READ!!!! Last week I won the contest of getting a botanical hair treatment and blow dry. I was super excited but to my dismay, I went and received lack luster service and was even charged for it. But.... BUT.... As soon as the owner, Susan, found out what had happened, she IMMEDIATELY reached out to me with incredible urgency and rectified the matter. She went above and beyond what she had to do to set things right. Not only did I get an immediate refund, but I received another free of charge botanical treatment and blow dry from beautiful Renee who is spectacular and made me feel relaxed and right at home. I WILL DEFINITELY be back cause you can't beat this type of attention to service and making the customer feel like they're important and respected! I'm coming in soon for my 'Business in the front and party in the back' Runner haircut from Georgie!!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!!
