  • I came for an appointment in February 14th. They said they are going to send out an approval for an MRI. After not hearing from them 3 weeks after the appointment, I called my insurance company and asked if it had been submitted for approval. They said they had not received anything from the doctors office yet and suggested that I call them back to double check and make sure it was sent in by there office. Having a difficult time getting through, I came to the office and asked in person if I could speak to the medical assistant and the receptionist was rude. Here it is a month later from my original appointment and the insurance company still never received it. I came to the doctors office in person again today and explained why I was here and she just spouted out it was sent even though she didn't even ask my name. I had heard a lot of great things about Dr. Ricciardi and that is why I choose to come hear. Of course when I had my original appointment, the switched doctors on me without telling me. I am not saying the doctors are bad, it is their administration that is a joke.
