  • I'm a busy professional and I don't have patience to sit in the salon all day. Ebonee was awesome. I came with very damaged hair due to medical issues. I had gone to 2 stylists before her who didn't offer any advice or consultation - just did my hair. Ebonee looked at my hair, dicussed the reality of what needed to be done (THE BIG CHOP - cutting 6-7 inches) and gave expert advice on what her plan would be to get my hair back in shape (ex. bi monthly protein treatments alternated with moisture treatments, a style that requiremend little or no heat between visits, ect). She was a professional through and through - providing me options for my cut and taking away thoses that would not allow my hair to heal (ex. styles that require a lot of heat or tracks). She was on time, waiting no more than 10 mins to get started and then available throughout my appointment (no waiting an hour after the dryer stopped to get styled). She had a couple of others in the salon but clearly spaced everything out appropriately because I never had to wait. She does have a assistant that helps her, but she gives detailed direction and he is a graduate from beauty school so I felt comfortalbe with him. I've been there twice and will be going back as a regular.
