First off, while we were in the store to dress shop they were misinformed and not very helpful. Then Azteca forced us to pay a $40 rush fee on top of the already over priced dress. We gave them a wedding date of 3/28. The dresses were promised to us by 3/18 or 3/19. When I called on 3/20 to check on the status I spoke with a woman who had no idea what she was talking about and had to keep putting me on hold. Then finally she said that the Alfred Angelo warehouse was the one who delayed shipping our dresses due to a strike they had in California but that they were overnighting our dresses and they would be ready for pick up Monday 3/23 no later than 3pm. Then when Monday came along I received a voicemail from Jared who then said they have not been shipped out yet and would arrive by Wednesday 3/25/15. I called back and spoke to Sonia who asked me my name at least 3 times. It took her 4 times just to write down the name of the bride and find our dress order. They are unorganized and have no clue what they are doing when it comes to customer service. I asked her to have a manager call me and instead she called me back and since I couldn't answer she left me a voicemail. When I called her back I told her that I still wanted a "manager" to call me. She responded by saying " Well are you going to answer your phone when we call? Because I just called you and had to leave you a voicemail." Later that same day I received a call from Roina, the owner, who was just as rude and unhelpful as her staff. She even went so far as to say that she would only speak to the bride from this point forward and that she was not going to communicate with me any further. Excuse me! If I am a paying customer, why would you not communicate with me? Which has been the problem the entire time with this company, they don't communicate and are so unorganized. Yet they are surprised when you get upset that they made you pay rush fees and didn't get the dress to you by the promised date. So unprofessional!
