  • We have used them only through the home warranties, and the experience just isn't worth working with them. The long hold times on the phone are ridiculous; almost every time I call them, I've been on hold for at least 10-20 minutes before anyone actually picks up the line to greet me. The customer service isn't great, and their prices are high, even for a licensed plumber. They continuously come up as the first or second choice by the home warranties, but there are other, more reliable options to choose from.
