  • Nepotism at its worst. If you're going to load your company with relatives, then at least pick ones with experience/credentials/skills. Mitch Kellogg, the owner, leads the pack with his lack of professionalism and discourteous behavior. Add unethical. Metro withdrew funds from our HOA account without authorization. If you're looking for a property management team, save yourself time. Make sure that Metro doesn't get on the consideration list.
