  • I've been a patient of Dr. Schlotterer for the past 3 years. The biggest positive for me about this office is that they have an actual human being answering the phone! They don't make you sit through a long automated message and then push keys on your phone to get to an actual person. Another positive is that it's not difficult to schedule an appointment. They also send you text reminders for your appointment, which is nice. Another great thing about this office is that when I was between insurance plans they really worked with me to make sure I had prescription samples to last me until my new insurance kicked in, so I didn't have to pay outrageous prices for medication without insurance. I really appreciated that touch. I also like the set up of the offices, because they have their own private lot and you can always find a spot. It's really convenient to just park and walk right into the building. The only negative thing is that I have had to wait, sometimes over 40 minutes, for the dr after my scheduled appointment time.
