  • My cell phone had a network issue and after being on the phone with Verizon I.T. support for over 5 1/2 hours while they trouble-shooted and end up telling me to do a factory reset which caused me to lose 78 pictures of my kids.... I walked into the 1621 W River Rd N in Elyria and met with a lady named Cathy Mudge and in 1 minute she said I think this is your SIM card and she put a new one in and fixed!! She was professional, funny, and thorough!! I will always come to this location because of Cathy Mudge!!
