  • I have been using Uber awhile now. Yesterday after dinner I left my leftovers in the vehicle that took us home. Then I get an email saying Uber was charging me an additional $15 for returning my leftovers. I told Uber this was unauthorized and unacceptable because if the driver called me I would have just told him to pitch the leftovers. If it was a valuable item, then I would have agreed to the $15 if they notified me first. It is illegal to charge a customer without their consent. Moving to Lyft.
