  • I have shopped at this particular Home Depot for a few years and it has always had the same problem every time that I have come ,no customer service. You can come on any given day and if you want to find someone helpful in the isles , it's not going to happen. Yesterday I was walking around the store for literally 15 minutes trying to find someone to help me in the lumber department. I simply needed a piece of lumber cut and there was no one to be found or they were preoccupied. There was one associate that was walking around that I couldn't seem to get close enough no matter what I tried because of obstacles. It was a short man with red hair, I felt as though I was trying to catch a leprechaun because I would try to catch him going down the main isle and I would turn the corner and he was gone! I tried calling out but he either ignored me or didn't hear me. In the end I didn't catch the leprechaun.. Err.. associate. I was finally able to find someone to cut the lumber after 15 minutes. I wouldn't recommend going to this store because of the lack of customer service.
