I just witnessed some of the WORST customer service I've seen in years!!!
I'm walking in behind a woman who was on a knee walker from recent foot surgery. She asked the greeter for an electric cart and was told she could NOT use one because they weren't fully charged!!!
She proceeded to ask if they could have someone walk with her and push her cart. They told her NO! As I'm standing there witnessing all of this I can see the woman is very upset. She proceeds to try and pull one of the shopping carts behind while on one leg. There was a young man stocking strawberries up front and had a huge mess going on. The lady hit some strawberries on the floor and about wiped out. At this point she is really upset. I grabbed her cart and told her I would walk with her to help her. She was very grateful for the help (and I was happy I could help) I get her to the checkout and said I would help out to her car. She insisted that she could handle it from there. I did grab one of the CSS's to assist her out to the car, have no idea if the did or not!
Point here is to shop at Sams Club you have to be a member it cost you money for the privilege to shop in there clubs. I have been a business plus member since 1996 I pay over a $100 a year to shop there. After what I witnessed today I do NOT believe I will renew my membership next year!
