| - 1. We arrived promptly for our reservation, only to be told we'd have to wait for 20 minutes.
2. The hostess escorted us to our table, set for 4. We had a reservation for 6.
3. We finally get to the correct table, and we have 3 menus.
... Menus and drinks get sorted...
APPS:
- white onion soup veloute: pretty sure they used campbell's recipe.
- rocoto pepper and quinoa stuffed baby bell peppers: beyond bland. a super disappointment
- warm halloumi cheese with roasted vegetables: this was good, but only because it's halloumi cheese! you can't really mess that up.
- grilled artichokes and baby yukon potatoes: I cannot believe this cost $14. I may have paid $1.
I ordered the Vegetarian Chicken. HUGEEEE DISAPPOINTMENT. Worst meal in vegas. (2nd worst meal was at Keller's Burger Bar).
- roasted diver scallops were said to be good, but not spectacular.
- 40 oz prime tomahawk rib chop was big, and good, but not great.
- 8 oz hanger steak were meh. A couple of guys ordered them, and the only reason this isn't a 1 star experience is because one added foie gras and was on cloud nine. For him, Hubert, I'll give you a second yelp star.
After paying $800 for a meal, they gave us a survey to take. Clearly, they know they have a problem. This is NOT a fine dining experience, except in cost.
Good luck trying to get those stars Hubert.
