  • Yeah. I love it. Why? Good food, good prices and they have one of the gnarliest burgers I have ever seen. Additionally, the food tastes excellent too. The burger is little excessive on the onion strings but I'll take it anyway. It's definitely bursting with flavor. So this place has been on my radar ever since I saw the pictures of the Outlaw Burger. Since I love burgers, I had to make it here when I was in the area. Luckily, I finally had that chance. So with no hesitation, I walked in, stepped up to the counter and proudly, enthusiastically and anxiously as hell, ordered the Outlaw Burger...with a side of loaded mashed potatoes and cornbread. After only a few minutes (maybe 10 at the most but probably considerably less) the server delivered my order. The Outlaw Burger is a monster! The thing is probably about a foot tall, mostly onion strings but the actual meat and cheese portion of the burger is delicious. The only downside is that halfway through the thing was falling apart and I pretty much had to eat it like a salad. I'm not going to complain though because the thing was delicious. The loaded mashed potatoes were a worthy addition to the meal and really hit the spot. The sweet cornbread wasn't too bad but I probably would have ordered the corn nuggets or whatever they were called next time given the amount and since I've had sweeter, tastier cornbread before from my local grocer (in Rollin' Smoke's defense, I've yet to find better cornbread outside this particular grocer). Service was good, the food arrived quickly and it hit the spot for sure. For an off the beaten path little BBQ joint, this place has it going on. I'm already thinking about eating here again, the only thing keeping me is a few hundred miles...at least for now. I'll be back.
