  • I haven't stayed here (yet) but we've heard good things from family and friends who have. So this review is for everything else it offers. Located on the south end of the Las Vegas strip, you have this gorgeous pyramid (from the outside) casino and hotel. It has a wonderful decor, I love the Egyptian theme. But there's not much of it- ignore the timeshare people! They've done a few renovations but you can tell it's a bit rundown, it feels kind of clammy. At night you get to see the light from the top of the hotel. Like almost all casinos now, you will be charged for parking, wether you valet or self park. As a local that's a little hard to accept, but that just means I wont be able to come by as often. The gaming floor isn't that big which is perfectly fine by me. They have a few places to grab some food. They also have a buffet but I haven't tried it myself, maybe because I haven't heard good things about it and I definitely do not want to waste my money! The blue man group is one show you must see! Well worth it! If you get bored or are ready to check out the other casinos, just hop on the monorail which gives you access to the Excalibur and Mandalay Bay.
