| - Happily surprised with this place. The interior is very cool with the original exposed brick, that said when it's 30 degrees outside (not very often in CLT) you'll need to keep your coat on inside, it was cold!
When I see a menu this large and so varied I tend to cringe...there's no way they can do all of these things really well. I was wrong. Ordering is tapas style which we love, sharing a bunch of plates.
Had the tacos w watermelon, Red Dragon sushi roll, ramen bowl, and Fries. All were very well done, great playing and strong tastes. The fries were our favorites, no need for sauce or condiments, tacos were cool, different and surprising. Ramen was legit great the broth is superb. Sushi was good but not amazing in our opinion, wish we would've ordered the stuffed shells that a table next to us got, they raved and it looked awesome. For dessert we had the bread pudding which was very good. Walked out with drinks 70$ for two of us....for this kind of food and ambiance that is super cheap. We will b back to try more of the menu!!
