Paid 150.00$ for AC recharge, all the R-134 leaked out 12 hours later. The manager Joe, said the AC system was checked for leaks and that he performed the inspection himself....obviously not the case. Joe is rude with no customer service skills at all and he gave me the run around when I requested refund.
Took my car elsewhere to get fixed for only 100.00$. The system was leaking from the AC service valves....the most obvious leak ever!!!!
I will never go to this jiffy lube location again, they're just trying to make a quick buck, provide rookie service, lie to customers, and don't inform you of current 30$ off online coupons to save the customers money.
I got a refund at jiffy lube after emailing and talking to their corporate office in Texas.
D'evelyn at the Texas corporate office was a GREAT HELP. She immediately called me after receiving my message, she got into contact with the district manager of that store, communicated with me through e-mail and by phone to get the situation resolved, and apologized for my bad experience.
It's too bad that The store Manager Joe has such a bad attitude. This location would probably have more positive feedback and return customers if he didn't operate so unethically.
