  • My property management company failed to prep our house completely before our move in. They failed to steam clean the carpet in at least one if not two of the bedrooms of the home (those are the only two carpeted rooms in the home). I found flea infested cat litter in my son's closet (we don't own a cat). Action Pest was called out to take care of our infestation. The tech that I spoke to first was extremely kind and sympathetic to our situation and full of helpful information. He was able to get us an appointment right away. The tech who came out was on time and also very nice with good information. Both techs let us know what to expect over the next month after treatment. I highly recommend this company!
