  • GIRL PINK HAIR BEHIND THE COUNTER IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! We have been residents of Las Vegas for over 20 years, and have brought many family members friends who live out of state to get tattoos piercings and merchandise! When we walked in last Friday we were appalled at how rude the girl who appears to be annoyed that we even walked in the store! At the time around 3pm there was not one person in the store! There was a total of 6 of us and 2 piercings! She was so rude to my girls I should have walked out! But the young man in the back who actually did the piercing seemed to be professional! We will not be brining anyone from out of town again to this location! Get it together owners!! Hire the right people! It was interesting today talking with some fellow moms and they all said they have heard of the terrible customer service and the non consistent times artists and pierces will be there changed even when you call ahead!
