  • Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be writing a bad review. I decided to go in on Monday knowing my nail tech wouldn't be in and give someone else a try Bc I believed this place was amazing. The nail tech Teddy was busy doing my nails while watching the football game on his iPad. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Two days later two of my nails came off and they look like garbage want to know what proves that point even more ? That I went in today and asked the girl at the front how much would it be to fix and how much it would be to just take them off ($10 for fixing two nails or just taking them off completely) she said were your nails even filled in ? Now that is horrible when someone says that. I winded up walking out and am kinda upset Bc I am a steady customer there and it's as if my gift card went to waste. Sad to say but I highly doubt I'll be back in after nothing was done to help. The best advice I can give anyone looking to go do their nails there is either FIND A NEW PLACE or only have LANA do you nails.
