  • waiting in line for an hour and half for car rental. car broke down at middle of no where in the dessert. Road service took 3 hours. Ruined my filming schedule for the whole day... and when i returned the car and asked for compensation, the staff said 10% off the bill was the best they could do. Highly recommend not to use their service no matter u r here for work or for vacation. what a bummer!
