  • After tons of recommendations, I finally called these guys. For 18 months, I was with another company that came out monthly. I swear the former company must have been using water. I still saw crickets and scorpions. The scorpions were either dead or alive 50/50. Saw 1 like every 4 weeks or so; wasn't sleeping. The crickets I'd see inside as soon as dusk came. Tons outside. I would wake in the morning in summer and find 2-3 dead bugs inside daily. I just thought "that's Arizona". Finally, I asked someone after they recommended green mango, "how often have you seen scorpions since?" They said "once in the beginning and it's been 13 months with no sightings". So I gave Mango a call. Nathan was the tech who did the first treatment. Our property is a little less than an acre. He was very thorough and took the time to do entire property. He did the fence and "focused on fruit and palm trees". They told me to expect some increase in activity over the next 30 days. But, thankfully nothing. I requested Nathan again. He focused on the back wall and plants, treated inside. After those 2 initial, the service is every other month on outside. They will do inside at anytime you request. For my 3rd treatment, I did request inside because I had become so paranoid from the previous pest control service. I'm not sure who this tech was..he didn't spend as much time but 1) I'm Not sure if protocol changes after the initial and 2) I still haven't seen any. It's now almost 6 months and I've seen no creatures!! And it was peak season for the bugs too. Knock on wood!! I'll definitely renew. Their service is bimonthly after the initial. The price is comparable to a monthly service if I calculate the 6 month altogether. The desk staff is busy but very friendly. My dogs were outside twice and they rescheduled me at no charge. The second time they were able to come back same day. Highly recommend!
