  • This was my first time going to have my car washed by this company and I had heard decent things up to this point about the company. The wash was subpar and wasn't very detailed you would think it'd be a bit better considering it was their best package. This isn't what upset me, I had left a gold bracelet in the center console, I didn't realize it was missing until a day later when I went to retrieve it. The individual who washed my car must of taken it because I had put it in the center console the morning of my wash. Anyways I call them to ask if they "found" it and the lady who answers the phone is rude and acts as if this is all my fault and says they have a policy which doesn't make them responsible for any lost items or scratches or damages to the vehicle. This basically makes any car that goes through free game to the workers because they are not responsible for anything that is "lost". I do not recommend this company at all they are not professional or polite and I will never be going back.
