  • Karlin was nice and knowledgeable, but was a nightmare to try and get ahold of once it came time to set a date. It took a week of me calling several times just to get a POSSIBLE day that he could have one of his guys come out and do my small job. I get that bigger jobs will always be a priority over smaller ones, but you should still make the effort to call a client back. And when we finally set up a potential day to start, he told me he'd call me the day before. Well, no surprise, I never got that call and now I'm just done trying to make this happen. Thankfully, I've found someone much more reliable to handle my job.
