  • we really enjoyed our stay. all staff were very well trained, and made every accommodation for us. as a Karma Rewards member, we enjoyed free WiFi, a $10 "Raid the Minibar" pass, 2 free drinks, and free (continental) breakfast. standard fare: free drinks at daily happy hour. lobby has coffee in the mornings + newspapers. lobby also has lemon water throughout the day. our room was fantastic. we booked the Spa King Room, and we were *very* pleased. the tub and salts were great! great location. valet parking, or just park in the garage under mellon square one block away. one of the best parts of our stay: the hotel has bicycles that you can borrow for the day, for free. very cool! we loved it. we do hope to return. recommended! EDIT: the only negative i could recall (and it was weeks afterward) was that the in-room thermostat limited the "set" temperature to be between 67 and 72. sometimes we like to sleep with the temp a couple degrees cooler, and it was impossible with our thermostat. i assume it's a policy for energy optimization, which is a noble cause, but also kept me from sleeping as comfortably as i'm accustomed to at home.
