  • Not sure why this place has sucha high rating, we had a horrible experience. We ordered on Ritual, when we went to pick it up it weren't ready yet. When we went back home to eat (we live upstairs in the building) and opened the box, i saw that there were FEATHERS on my chicken. The fries (if i can even call it that) we got were all left over soggy bits. Very disappointed, especially since we pass by it so often.
