  • I walked into this location Inset for 15 minutes. There are 3 employees there were on the floor and then a 4th came out which was the manager none of them said a word to me and just kept talking amongst themselves and to other customers finally after sitting for 20 minutes the manager comes over and says we are not taken any appointments we close at 8 o'clock. That was at 745I had been there since 710. The customer service at this store stinks I am now officially canceling all of my accounts with AT&T all 7!
