  • Yes. Just, yes. Basically you choose whether you want a Small, Medium, or Large bowl. Take that bowl through a self serve buffet station filled with; various protein options, spices, produce & sauces. Once you make it to the end, someone will be waiting to cook your food along with your choice of rice, or noodles. When your food is cooked, your server will deliver it to your table. Eat & enjoy. Genghis grill is fantastic! You can't really complain about the food, because you literally build your own stir-fry. The selection in the little buffet thingy is great! The only complaint is that their drinks are too expensive. We arrived during happy hour & I ordered the $4 Bloody Mary that was on special, & it was disappointingly small. My boyfriend drank Bud Light, which was still $4.50 per 12 oz. glass.
