  • Well my need was for 1 week. I was told that they would pick me up but it seems to be a challenge due to the busy schedule. The cars have recently been recalled and they are limited in vehicles. They drove me and 5 others to the Ann Rd.location. I ended up with a dirty car and .25 of gas in the tank. I ended up getting the car wash myself for it was embarrassing to drive it. I brought the car back early and the Hawaiian lady was very apologetic about the shortage and dirty car. Wasn't the smoothness rental experience as I have rented cars for over 12 years but they do try and certainly look to give the best experience. The only thing they need to work on is getting cars at this location without a second thought of having to take people somewhere else, it's preparation. I would come back but rethink about renting on Saturdays. Sunday's is best when cars are plentiful.
