  • If I could give this place zero stars, I would do that! Called in March to book an appointment for a friend and I. We wanted to get a massage at the same time, enjoy the sauna... have a Girls morning. We have children and did not want to wait while the other got a massage. We were told in March when we called, there were not two openings for massages at the same time until May 25th. So we booked the apt. Showed up today, May 25th, at 10:00 for our 11:00 massages. Why they wanted us there so early I have no idea, because we sat and waited until 11:00... and at that time they took only my friend back. An hour later they came out for me. We had already waited two months and driven an hour get there... I then waited two hours for my massage. My friend was done and wanted to go. We had purposely waited The two months for apts together and did not receive them. Everyone there was not very friendly. The place is actually disgusting... it's dirty, lightbulbs out everywhere, ripped up couches, holes in the wood, paint peeling and chipping on doors and walls, green indoor outdoor carpeting, magazines are old and ripped up, was never offered anything to drink even though that was supposed to be part of the package we booked. Then my friend who was the only one to actually receive a massage came out in tears she was in so much pain. Said Olga was awful and used her knuckles to dig into every muscle she had, and when asked to be easier and not use her knuckles that Olga got irritated with her. My friend actually asked to end the massage early. I truly do not know how his place stays in business!! Will never return!
