  • Lance and Debbie at Desert Storage were amazing. They were exceptionally professional and friendly on the phone and in person. Moving is never fun but they certainly made it a lot less stressful. They took the time to explain all our options and were patient, never pushy, while we decided on the right-size storage for our needs. They even provided a move-in van free of charge saving us time and money! Desert Storage is the cleanest, most accessible storage facility (air-conditioned park-in loading bay) we've seen. Since we were storing some boxes and furniture during the Summer months we wanted a unit that was air conditioned, and after shopping around we found their prices very reasonable. I have to say it was a huge plus to be able to drive right into the air-conditioned bay and not have to unload in the heat. Also, with all of the security measures they have in place we have peace of mind knowing our possessions are safe and secure. Great experience all around. 5 stars without hesitation!
