  • I'm downgrading the Rio from my first review. The room we were stuck in this time was awful and it wasn't even what I booked for our stay. The carpet is filthy, the shower won't drain, the counters are gross and the tiles look filthy as well. Quite a change from when we stayed here last time. I doubt we will stay here again.
