  • Switch and bait. Street hawker said happy hour and half price apps. When I got upstairs, I was informed only the Pabst Blue Ribbon beer was half off - certain well drinks too. It was bad beer, another patron confirmed. We both returned beer, but not offered sub at happy hour prices. Had tacos appetizer. Even at half price they were weak. After eating, as I was getting ready to leave the Manager redid the tap for the PBR and brought over a glass of PBR. I told him I was on my way out, he said take it with me. I took a sip and the beer was good, but at this point it was too little too late. When they confirmed the PBR was bad, they should of given me something else at the PBR rate - shouldn't have been a big deal.
