  • WORST SERVICE EVER! Waited over 45 minutes for a drink! Several delays in food/drink throughout the 2 1/2 hour visit. When I approached the waitress she was VERY rude and said, "You want me to apologize for not serving you?" Well, yes, as service provider, you should apologize for the lack of service. We asked 3 times for our check, which took over 30 minutes to get. It had the drinks on it that we never got. We asked to talk to the manager 3 times and never had a response. When I walked up to the bar to talk to the manager, she was also not apologetic and said they were just busy. They were not that busy and even if they were, they still could apologize for the lack of service. No apology from anyone, in fact, got attitude from all servers and manager. So much, that when they brought my card and receipt back to me, the waitress literally threw my card and receipt at me!!!!! Can you believe that? She obviously has never had waitress/customer service etiquette 101. So completely rude of all staff members. Walked out so frustrated because I never got an apology for being at the restaurant for over 2 1/2 hours for a simple meal. Ridiculous. Will not go back.
