rev:text	DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE. THE WORST. I used this company to do carpet cleaning on 6/13/09. Few hours after the guy left, I notice an area of my carpet that didn't have stains before showed a wide area brownish spots scattered beyond 5 foot in my family room. Also throughout my house - formal dinner room, hall way, Master Bath etc. - there are similar kind of spots that they were never there before. But the worst part is the family room that I need them to fix it. I initially called the technician to come back - he refused by saying he works in N Phx (I am in Ahwatukee), then by pushing back to his employer ZZZ Best. So I talked to the owner - Abraham - multiple times to send someone to fix it. He initially denied it's his problem, then said will send someone to fix it. We talked over the weekend (6/20) when he said that time would work better, but hung up my call in the middle. It took over 10 days and I finally told him that's enough for me. If he does not own it up, I will pay someone else to fix it myself but will report his biz and let the community know. Yesterday he finally agreed to send this original technician Eddie to my house. I took half a day off from work to meet Eddie this morning. After Eddie got here and we straight out the difference, he said he will go out mix some chemicals and spay it. I waited inside my house but he never came back in and took off. This business has no value on customer service, and doesn't have the honesty to meet the basic service warranty.
