  • My first Big O experience was so great when i got an oil change that I went back and got tires. Today i wanted another oil change and my main Big O on Charleston was super busy. I decided to call the next closest Big O Tires and the guy on the phone was upbeat and welcoming and told me to come over. When I showed up Rich had a smile and said "you were the one that called right" he welcomed me and made me feel like I've known him for years!!! His customer service is beyond excellent to say the least. He walked me to my car and addressed every question I had. After Rich asked if i wanted my tires rotated (which he mentioned was complementary with oil change), the manager David came by and offered me some water and informed me of the TV. I sat and watch how they treated every customer and I was amazed at the quality that they possessed. I will no longer go anywhere else but Big O, which i had already decided after my first visit... but they continue to confirm my decision by the courtesy and the service that is above and beyond exception.
