  • So regret ever walking into this building. Was referred by a friend that loved his treatment. Had to do the home sleep study as per insurance requirements. Automatically they decided I needed a CPAP based off this little box that goes on your chest, hose in the nose and oximeter on my finger tip. The whole night I rolled around, and slept like crap. Each time I rolled over I paused breathing to lift myself to roll to the other side. Each time this damn thing shifted and fell off. Needless to say they talked me into a CPAP. First settings practically blew my head off. I called to get the pressure adjusted I was told to, "deal with it" as there is an adjustment period. Like ok... ill give it a few days. I had to take sleeping medication to sleep with this horrendous contraption. So after a week I call back... mind you they never actually answer their phones so you can't get a hold of anyone. Finally after calling over and over and calling one of their other offices they said, "oh yeah take the card in and we can adjust your prescription"... oh ok. Went in and dropped off the card. They downloaded it. 2 weeks later still have no updated prescription. Called back. No answer. Exhausted as hell from trying to "deal with it" and waking up feeling worse than I ever had I said enough. I took the machine back to Med one (referred equipment supplier). Few weeks after that... I FINALLY get a call to adjust my prescription. A MONTH after I went in. Then I got a BILL for them downloading the information off the card to adjust the prescription. Like really... The insurance can pull the information they need wirelessly but you made me come in and spend $200 through insurance to download a file? Will be a cold day in hell before I recommend anyone to your company. FYI... I went to another sleep study place and my results were that I DON'T HAVE SLEEP APNEA. Don't go here. It's a money grab and you probably really don't have sleep apnea.
