  • Usually i have an amazing experience here EVERY time i come in 2 the point where 2 of the employess know me when i come in. Im in the parking lot right here in tears the girl working right now with curly hair and BAD makeup (seriously yellow eyeshadow up to her brows) legit followed me around the store the entire time i was inside. Even though it was mad busy her focus was as if i was a shoplifter. Im infuriated because i am a Pro and come here every weekend to stock up for my future appointments. Ill go to salon centric from now on where they know im a pro and im not treated diff or followed just because of how i look. Im usually dressed for work but 2day i am off finally and went in with ripped jeans and no makeup and hair in a messy bun. Yes i may look ghetto, but so did the employee.. Therefore she shouldve been the last 2 judge based on appearance. Especially when she looked rachet AT work. 3 stars for the amazing and always nice guy who works there and i believe the manager also. Sad i wont ever see them again but ill def take my business elsewhere.
