  • I purchased a great used Toyota Corolla here back in February. I was very happy with the car and the car selections. This place has a wonderful selection of cars and all the used cars are well-maintained, more than any other dealer I had gone to. I gladly purchased the car given a wonderful 3000 mi warranty on top of it. The downfalls are the service. Some of the rudest people I dealt with unfortunately; when I purchased the car I was given 1 key vs the 2 they promised. Understandably, it could've been a mistake saying they had two keys when there was only one. Unfortunately the poor service was worsened when I called the manager to follow-up and he was ruder than any service individual I have ever experienced, besides maybe a Timeshare salesman I experienced years ago. I can give more details if you want to message me. I wasn't even given a vehicle manual to be able to perform basic maintenance on my car, though that was promised multiple times to be mailed to me. Thankfully, there is google to get that, but no specs for basic management. Overall, this place has great cars if you're willing to suck-it up on the very poor service. Alane B.
