  • Tried to see the Carole King concert which is presented by Fathom. Waited 25 minutes after scheduled start time, a young man announces there is technical troubles. We wait 5 more minutes and decide to leave and get a refund. The manager is called and tells me Tuesday is a busy day, plus they forgot to manually start the movie at 7:00. Add technical problems, and this turned into a wasted evening. The 2 stars instead of one is because after being told I would need to go in the box office line for a refund, I asked for a manager. The manager walked me to an open register at the box office and processed the refund without a hassle.
