Cheap. The staff is friendly enough. I love their pet policy, $25 a month per pet and they're really nice about that (we have a large dog). Our building was less than appealing. They had workers come to fix the back steps and the workers stole all of the garbage cans and threw debris in an area other tenants worked hard to make beautiful. The apartment smelled like cat pee (we don't have cats) anytime the temperature went above 90. In the 11 months we lived there (moved out early but still paid rent), our bathroom was repeatedly torn apart due to a leak from the upstairs. At one point water flushed through our walls and into our 2nd bedroom. You get what you pay for. Don't expect your full security deposit back (or "move out refund" as they call it). We spent 3 days cleaning and even had the carpets steam cleaned and we received less than half of our security deposit back. BUT. It was a two bedroom at a really affordable price in Lawrenceville that allows dogs. So. Rent at your own risk.
