Amazing service and I wasn't even a customer. Our son's infant passport had expired and we hadn't realized (thinking it was a 5 year expiry like the rest of the family's). I wish I found the site sooner has there are options to get a passport even on the weekend (which aren't really mentioned on the passport website).
Steve gave us some very helpful advice and tips knowing that we already had our photos, thus the info was free. He spent 10 mins giving me the details although I wasn't a customer (b/c I had photos already).
